Il codice fiscale è un numero personale rilasciato dal governo del Paese in cui si vive o si è contribuenti. Il codice fiscale consente alle autorità fiscali olandesi di identificare i contribuenti e pertanto deve essere compilato per la dichiarazione relativa al DAC7.

Se si affitta come privato, è necessario inserire il proprio codice fiscale. Se si affitta come società, è necessario inserire il codice fiscale della società.
